Project History

We are lucky to work on a range of varied and exciting projects for clients from a number of sectors, including finance, academia, politics and international development. What is listed below is simply a snapshot of the work we do, but demonstrates the interesting blend of projects that come our way, and the varied skillsets we have that allow us to meet their individual challenges.

DeHavilland (Ongoing)

Political monitoring and intelligence

Delta Strategies delivers political and legislative monitoring services to DeHavilland on a range of subjects.

Arab Banking Corporation Jordan (Ongoing)

Press releases and transcreation

Given our ability to work seamlessly in Arabic and English, Delta Strategies is well placed to communicate effectively across language barriers, as exemplified by this case study. Delta receives raw information or Arabic content and transcreates it into English language press releases, in house style, ready for distribution.

Private political clients (Ongoing)

Political intelligence

Delta Strategies is retained by a number of Councillors and prospective Parliamentary candidates in the UK, for whom we provide valuable insight into the selection process, and training to maximise performance at selection meetings, assessment boards and public events.

Terre des Hommes Foundation (October-December 2017)

Situational analysis

Delta Strategies worked on a major situational analysis on vulnerable children and youth in the Kingdom of Jordan, including PESTEL analysis, analysis of the political and legislative agenda, donor and aid mapping and programmatic recommendations.

BPP University (2017)

Broadcasting success

We worked closely with BPP University's Alumni Department to craft the university's first alumni journal, broadcasting graduates' success stories and displaying the department in the best possible light.

Save the Children (2016)

Secondary review and analysis of statistical trends

In November 2016, Delta was commissioned to produce a detailed desk review, documenting trends of children living in the Za’atri Refugee Camp in Jordan who work outside the camp, and assessing the effectiveness of services provided to address child labour for children living in the camp.

This was done through studying the relevant and most recent literature available and collecting data and analysing statistics concerning the numbers of child labourers, as well as their main demographic, educational and employment characteristics.

United Nations Development Programme (2016)

Millennium development goals report

Delta Strategies was brought in to help complete a major report into the level of completion of Jordan’s UNDP Millennium Development Goals. Through statistical analysis, we were able to map out relative success or failure in meeting prescribed targets in each specific sector, and in cases of failure, identify the root cause and recommend innovative governmental  and non-governmental policy proposals to ensure progress as Jordan enters the second stage of the Development Goals programme.

Jordanian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources / Middle East Strategy Group (2016)

High-level geopolitical political analysis of key markets

Delta Strategies delivered a detailed geopolitical analysis of the manner in which regional political and economic complications impact the energy and oil sectors in Jordan, as well as projections of potential future scenarios and strategies for mitigating each potential outcome.

Shaun Bailey AM (2016)

Online campaigns with measurable impact

During the run-up to the 2016 London elections, Delta worked closely with Shaun to maximise his digital profile through social media, a campaign website and a range of additional techniques, resulting in a demonstrable increase in social media following and turnout at campaign events.

The World Bank (2015)

An analysis of the efficiency and quality of existing social welfare provisions in Jordan

Delta Strategies was contracted to review all existing academic literature surrounding existing welfare provisions in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and produce a detailed analysis of the quality and efficiency of said provision, understand sector perceptions, assess underlying flaws, recommend solutions to identified challenges and identify scope for further research.

BPP University (2015)

Broadcasting success

We worked closely with BPP University's Alumni Department to craft the university's first alumni journal, broadcasting graduates' success stories and displaying the department in the best possible light.

HRH Prince El-Hassan bin Talal of Jordan (2015)

Speechwriting and media support

Delta Strategies supported the private office of His Royal Highness Prince El-Hassan bin Talal of Jordan during a period of transition, providing journalist outreach and writing press releases, as well as preparing briefing papers ahead of key issues. We also wrote two well-received keynote speeches, one delivered at the Hague Institute for Global Justice and one in Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development Conference.

Syntax Design (2015)

Content creation and marketing

Delta Strategies was asked by Syntax Design, one of Jordan's leading digital agencies, to manage English language content creation for a major rebranding of one of their clients, including copywriting for print and digital mediums, slogans and sales pitches and input into design and presentation.

The end product:

Nabil at Delta Strategies has previously carried out some political research work for me. The work was undertaken and presented to me professionally and proved extremely useful. Nabil has an understanding of the political landscape born of on-the-ground campaigning experience, including of campaign organisation.

Cllr Michael Bull – London Borough of Merton
Nabil has a keen intellect; a distinct aptitude for analysis; and an impressive ability to present both soft and hard data in a clear, concise, and singular manner. I have worked with Nabil on several projects, and the value he has added has always been significant owing to the capabilities listed above and, and to his efficiency and effectiveness as a researcher and writer. I would recommend Nabil and his company to anyone who is looking to support or expand their work in the area of public relations; research; writing and editing; and political and economic analysis.
Raghda Butros - Consultant for the United Nations Development Programme
Nabil has a fantastic tenacity for public relations in addition to heading up and executing political campaigns, and guiding political candidates seeking election. Nabil's professionalism continues to grow, and he hones in on his tremendous expertise and it has been a great pleasure to work with him.
Shaun Dias: BPP University
I found Nabil to be both very engaged and tremendously organised in leading the delivery of a top quality product. I would recommend Nabil and Delta Strategies to anyone.
