Participatory evaluation of the $15million ‘Towards an inclusive national social protection system and accelerating job opportunities for Syrians and Jordanians’ programme, implemented jointly by ILO and UNICEF in Jordan, and funded by the European Union.

Commissioned by Ashoka Arab World and the King Khalid Foundation to evaluate the performance of supported social incubators in Riyadh, and provide recommendations to support the design and implementation of future project phases.

Working with Massader, an Agency of the Palestine Investment Fund, to develop and implement a major strategic communications and PR campaign for the Gaza Marine Gas Refinery project, supported by both the Palestinian Authority and the Government of Egypt.

Conducting extensive legislative review, data collection and analysis on social protection case loads, to identify trends, forecast need, and make recommendations for staffing and resourcing, on behalf of The Family Care Authority.

Working with the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy to develop training programmes for political candidates in the MENA region, focused on public engagement, advocacy, issue activism, and digital and data-driven campaigning.

Working with Royal Foundations in the Emirates to design an innovative livelihood generation programme for women in Gaza Refugee Camp, Jordan, delivering work opportunities and human dignity for the most vulnerable.

Working with donor agencies and local partners to provide ongoing technical, capacity-building, and sustainability support and mentorship to an NGO focused on heritage preservation and youth engagement in arts and culture.

Planning and implementing complex strategic public relations, stakeholder engagement, and digital and mainstream media campaigns to raise awareness of the new Palestinian company law, on behalf of the Ministry of National Economy.

Participatory evaluation of the Drosos-funded, Wataneya-managed 'Careleavers Independence Programme' in Egypt, helping children in care transition from support to independent living.

Delivering and technical and participatory evaluation of AMAN’s CASIP security sector reform programme, funded by DfID, with a focus on actionable recommendations for project delivery, improved transparency, and better media and public engagement strategies.

Conducting political, economic, geostrategic and diplomatic analysis, PESTEL and scenario-mapping of Jordan's energy security,  forecasting risks, and developing mitigation strategies for the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Participatory evaluations of two multi-year Palestinian Medical Relief Society programmes; the Women's Health Programme, and the Covid-19 Response Programme, requiring engagement with government, staff, and beneficiaries.

Developing anti-child labour and exploitation strategies to protect youth in Za'atari Refugee Camp, by engaging with government actors, NGOs, and camp residents to understand the root causes, and propose innovative solutions.

Consulting for ILO Jordan, identifying sectors which can deliver green and digitally-led recovery of the Jordanian labour market, with recommendations for political, economic, and educational interventions to catalyse this transition. 

Working with the Family Care Authority, and with partners, to develop a detailed technical framework for the Omnichannel, produced multi-lingual content, through engagement with government agencies and support providers.

Developing multi-lingual communications channels for the IOM's Waka Well platform, setting out how young Egyptians can safely and legally access employment and education opportunities abroad.
